Full circle

Sitting in the frankfurt airport waiting for our plane. Fortunately the flight only takes 2 hours and 5 minutes. 1:45–3:50. Those couple of hours will seem like 10 hours to us.

Sadly we must leave this wonderous land of foreign languages, strange food combinations and efficient train systems.

We will return to this fun adventure. That we have already promised ourselves.

And Back Again, to Frankfurt!

Yesterday after posting, we wandered around this wonderful place (Baden-Baden) some more, and caught a bus to the edge of town, where we took a funicular (a funny little car up a steep track on a mountain, like the one we took to the salt mine in Hallstatt. Some random octoberfest shots off the iphone. Spending time on the train allows us the opportunity to show off some random shots we have taken along the way. This is from Munich at oktoberfest.

Parking

I think if you click on the picture it will get bigger. Now THIS is how parking needs to be done. Yes, that is a smart car parked between two small hatchbacks. Only the back part of the car was barely on the side walk but not enough to bother pedestrians. North America, take note and imitate. Please.

Brilliant!
