Christmas and Boxing Day

We spent Christ­mas morn­ing the way many do — open­ing ‘stock­ing’ presents in our paja­mas, and eat­ing choco­late and man­darin oranges.  We had ‘sticky buns’ (cin­na­mon buns to me) for break­fast, then opened our ‘non-santa’ presents.  For lunch, I made my first attempt at Wife Saver.  It’s a pretty great recipe, if you’ve never tried it — basi­cally a french toast/fritatta casse­role thingy.  And super-tasty.  Look it up if you are unfamiliar!
